ARCHITECTURE STYLE – Traditional

This project includes an addition of an Existing House with an elevator and a cantilevered patio cover with an Outdoor Kitchen below. A new Pool house with Landscape Walls, Flagstone Decking, a Pool and Landscape. The Guest House will be built in place of an existing tennis court and is around 1500 square feet in living space. The architecture style will be craftsman style in nature to match the existing home. Also, a new Pool House at the end of the Pool will feature a Bathroom, Changing Room, Storage Room, and an Outdoor Covered Loggia. On top of the Pool Decking, we will have an addition of a Large Trellis and Outdoor Fireplace to enjoy the outdoor living space.  And below the Pool Decking, will lie a secret vault or concrete bunker.

Here is a Plan Set of the Site and Existing Home Addition with a New Pool, New Guest House (current tennis court location), Pool House, Decking, Retaining Walls and Landscaping.  Followed by Imagery of the of the Project.  2D Plans were created with Software such as AutoCad and Chief Architect.  The 3D Imagery was created with Sketch-up and Lumion.
